Using the bug tracking software Click Up, previously used Hack N Plan but this quickly changed to Click Up to report bugs. Using the following template to create a bug: 

Title - Bug title, areas of the game affected and a brief summary of the bug.  

Description - A more detailed description of the bug, devices affected and build number the bug was found on. Also steps to reproduce and expected results also inlcuded

Details - Assigning the correct person to the bug, labelling the bug a bug clas, area of game affected and operating system affected.

Attachment - Adding any screenshots or videos.
